What a reseller panel should include

Ask the supplier for its active credit unit, minimum package, account creation permissions, renewal and cancellation rules, support escalation path and panel security features. Credit units vary by provider; never infer how many annual customers a package supports without a written deduction table.

Forecast the real package cost

Calculate credits used for one, three, six and twelve-month activations separately. Then include refunds, failed activations, payment fees and the time needed to support customers. Keep a ledger of every credit movement and enable two-factor authentication if the panel offers it.

Customer terms and authorization

Get permission to resell, check content distribution rights for the intended market and document who handles device setup and expiry support. A panel screenshot is an interface example, not proof of permissions or current package price.
